Pepper Sweet - Shishito

A trendy Japanese pepper. 

Cary likes to eat them raw off the plant but the favorite way is to blister them in a hot cast iron pan with salt and pepper. A popular appetizer, too. 

So easy to grow and prolific! 

I like to pick them when they are green.
